Suppporting Our Local Community Regeneration
The Quadrant is owned and managed by the Parkway Business Centre Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Manor and Castle Development Trust – a community-run organisation which has managed multi-million pound regeneration projects in south Sheffield in recent years.
The profits made from the operation of the Quadrant, together with income generated by other MCDT assets and schemes, are used to support the ongoing regeneration of the Manor and Castle areas of Sheffield, formerly two of the UK’s most disadvantaged neighbourhoods.
The construction of The Quadrant has been supported by funds from Yorkshire Forward, the European Regional Development Fund Objective 1 Programme, and Manor and Castle Development Trust.
