Every year the Quadrant Team carries out an annual survey of tenants to find out what they think of the service offered. The latest review is hot off the press and we're delighted to find that 100 % of the tenants aking part in the review would recommend us to other businesses.
Eighty one percent of tenants described the Quadrant as “excellent” and 19% as “good”. The five top reasons our tenants like the Quadrant are: the location, the great atmosphere, excellent customer service, the building's great image and the communal business facilities on offer.
The review also highlights that our tenants value our in-house cafe, the car parking and the IT services as well our reception service and security.
So a big thank you from the Quadrant Team to the 26 companies that took part in the review. It helps us to get a good idea of the services you most value. Even if we can't fulfill all of your wish list – yes, we agree a gym would be wonderful! - we'll keep trying.
