Experience helps new company to grow.
Part of the Bowdon Group, Banner Management Solutions offers project management services to all areas of the construction industry with the exception of civil engineering.
The team Banner has put together includes colleagues who have worked together before and have more than 15 years experience in the construction industry. Between them their experience covers retail and office buildings, houses and ministry of defence projects.
"Three or four of the team will be based here at the Quadrant but the rest will be spread out throughout Yorkshire and the East Midlands,” says commercial manager Ian Jerram. Although it's a small company, it's ambitious in its reach and is currently negotiating contracts at home and abroad.
“We plan to expand slowly, growing from a small to medium sized company, using the experience and different backgrounds the team have. So the Quadrant's flexibility in accommodation is useful to us as well as the fact that they provide serviced offices so we can concentrate on our business,” says Ian.
BMS' parent company, the Bowdon Group, is a privately owned company with two core areas of operation, Bowdon Services which specialised in major electrical projects, mechanical service and maintenance and a range of CCTV security systems and Bowdon Industries which provides quarrying, crushing and industrial recycling services.
