When it comes to wielding a frying pan the Quadrant’s chaps have the edge over their female counterparts judging by the line up of seven chaps and one women who took part in the race.
Competitors brought their own frying pans and Magellen’s provided the pancakes ready made.
After two heats, the final four raced for the line cheered by onlookers and Paul took first place and a £5 voucher for Magellen’s. The £1 entry fees have been added to The Quadrant’s charity fund.
So, ladies, time to get practising for next year.
