For those who arrive by bike there are cycle hoops to the left of the main doors round the side of The Quadrant 1 by the fire escape where you can secure your bike. There are also facilities for showering and changing, including individual lockers.
Directions from Park Square roundabout
From Park Square go up Broad Street (this is the one after the main Parkway/M1 exit). On the right hand corner you will see a sweet shop.
Go up Broad Street and straight ahead at the traffic lights on to Cricket Inn Road. Continue along this Road past Matalan on your left until you come to a small roundabout. Take the first exit on to Woodbourn Road and under the Parkway and then take the first right on to Parkway Avenue. (On the right as you turn onto Parkway Avenue you’ll see Armadillo storage centre).
Continue up Parkway Avenue for half a mile past Makro (on your left), until you come to The Quadrant which is situated on the corner of Parkway Avenue and Kettlebridge Road.
