Who Owns The Quadrant?

The Quadrant is owned and managed by Parkway Business Centre Ltd (PBCL), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Manor and Castle Development Trust. When you become a Quadrant tenant, you will be given a lease by PBCL, which will set out:

  • The date your lease starts
  • The number of the suite or suites you have rented
  • The rent payable The date you start paying rent
  • The date the lease expires
