What Are The Parking Arrangements?
The Quadrant has 84 car parking places in the Main Car Park at the back of the building which are reserved for tenants displaying a valid car parking permit for the Main Car Park.
In addition there are 5 car parking places reserved for Blue Badge users at the front of the building outside reception on Kettlebridge Road.
How Much Car Parking Will We Get?
The Quadrant has excellent car parking facilities and we can provide all the places that people require. You will qualify for a number of car parking permits within your rent (approximately 1 place per 100sq ft rented) and you can purchase unlimited further permits at £65.00 per month plus VAT
What About Visitors?
Visitors and tenants without a permit can park in the Pay and Park car park and buy a day ticket from the Pay & Park ticket machine. The prices are:

If you prefer, you can choose to pay for your visitor's car parking by invoice at the end of each month.
